Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VIC3 Houston website and visiting our venue, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Venue Rules
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. VIC3 reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates venue policies, behaves in a disruptive manner, or poses a safety risk to other guests or staff. Management decisions regarding venue access are final.
Reservation Policy
Reservations are subject to availability and may require a deposit or minimum spend commitment. Cancellation policies vary by event type and will be communicated at the time of booking. No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Private event deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your event agreement.
Age Requirement
VIC3 Houston is a 21+ venue. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Management reserves the right to verify identification at any time. Minors are not permitted on premises during evening hours.
Assumption of Risk
VIC3 features a rooftop pool, elevated terraces, and outdoor areas. By using these facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming pools, rooftop environments, and outdoor dining areas. You agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions. VIC3 is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
Photo & Video Release
By entering VIC3, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. VIC3 may use such images or recordings for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without additional compensation or notification. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a manager upon arrival.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIC3 Hospitality Group, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or facilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
